小さいながらも、このコテージのスマートなデザインに感動するでしょう。 マスターベッドルームのロフトにあるアーチ型の木の天井が素敵です。 3シーズンの部屋の窓に囲まれた壁は、広々としたオープンリビングとダイニングエリアに日当たりの良い、広々とした雰囲気を与えます。 3シーズンの部屋は冬の間暖房されていません。 キッチンには角がありません。ガスレンジ、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、オーブントースター、冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、そして食事を準備するために必要なすべての鍋やフライパンがあります。 キッチンとリビングエリアは1つの居心地の良い部屋です。 客室/ベッドにはツインベッド2台があります。

This is a very comfortable home on a beautiful piece of property with a gorgeous view of Lake Champlain with the Adirondack mountains in the background. We found some good restaurants and a winery nearby.

Lovely setting on South Hero in a cottage that manages to be cozy while offering ample space, authentic yet comfortable with every amenity we needed for an enjoyable week. We felt right at home and the host was immediately available to answer any questions. The property is well cared for and just as described.

One of most beautiful locations

We had a great stay at this wonderful lakeside home. It was perfect. Great spot. Couldn’t have asked for more. Felt so relaxed and having the lawn and lake access was perfect. Just beautiful. Wish we didn’t have to leave so soon. Thank you Nina!

We were visiting family who live in Grand Isle. The location and lake access were wonderful. The cabin/camp was clean but much more rustic than we were expecting for the price. There is one bedroom downstairs off of the kitchen with twin beds but it has no door. There is a second bedroom upstairs with stairs in the kitchen, also no door. So not much privacy. There were people (presumably the owners) living in a trailer on the property but they did not interact with us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful and peaceful

We had a relaxing time. The sunroom with the pellet stove was really nice. Home is cozy and lovely. Very quiet and serene area. We did some running and visited the beach- much fun. Dogs had a nice time as well. Nina and Erin were both kind and gracious hosts.

Cozy Cabin on the lake!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Such a unique cabin and the location is stunning. 15” of snow dropped while we were here, making it even more picturesque and dreamy. Private and secluded but just far/close enough from Burlington to be convenient. Less than an hour from Stowe and Smugglers. Host was super communicative and helpful with a few questions we had. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We’ll definitely be back.

Memorial day weekend

We wanted a property on lake champlain, a dog friendly property to unwind, and this location was perfect. The yard was big and provided lots of room for our pup to run around and in and out of the lake. Too cold for a swim, but we brought a row boat. The area is beautiful, lots of farmland, nice and quiet, but burlington is a short drive away to enjoy shopping on church street, and a tad further is the Ben and Jerry’s factory’s for a tour. The house was perfect for our needs, and Nina was the perfect hostess. We hope to return next summer!

Cozy little cabin!

This cabin was all that we could ask for. A nice pellet stove in the living room/Florida room was the cherry on top for us! The view of the lake was beautiful and the property was so peaceful. Numa was very attentive and answered our questions promptly. There is a little town close by that may not look like much but is actually very vibrant and full of awesome places to eat/drink/shop. The bed in the cabin is very comfortable which is one of the most important things to me when staying somewhere other than home. We will definitely be booking this one again on our next trip

A lovely birthday weekend on the Island at a very special place

I was very impressed with this place. First, it had everything we needed. It was well-equipped, plenty of linens, the kitchen has everything you need, and there is plenty of space to relax. There is obviously a lot of thought and craftsmanship that went into making this place comfortable. Location is awesome, we loved the trees flanking the back yard and found a perfect place to set up our hammocks. We brought our kayaks and bikes and found opportunities to use both. Amazing sunsets, of course. We would stay there again, for sure. Thank you for being great hosts!

Fun stay in Vermont

The cabin in South Hero served as a good home base for exploring Lake Champlain and the surrounding area. The kitchen is well-stocked and clean. The cabin is part of a larger property and shares a driveway with other properties behind it. We were notified only with arrival instructions that we could not park in front of the detached garage as family members use it. Wish we had known these arrangements ahead of time, as we were expecting a bit more privacy. Also, while the bedrooms and living area were very comfortable, we wished the cabin had been cleaned beforehand. There were several insects, both alive and dead, in various areas, which had everyone looking over their shoulder. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area.

Everything we needed was there and everything worked perfectly. This cabin and its amenities were exceptional and exceeded expectations. The owner was readily available to respond to our needs.

Beautiful location and property on the water.

A simple, rustic and clean place on the lake with a very large yard leading to the shore. Lots of windows facing the water and great entertainment space.

Perfect cottage on the lake!

Cottage is as pictures. Rustic inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. Could use a new mattress in master bedroom and perhaps a refresh on some of the more aging items (throws, pillows, etc) Nina was lovely to deal with and it ended up being right on the half marathon course. Excellent for hubby and our bernese mountain dog to cheer us on. Highly recommend fora getaway!

Lovely Long Weekend

Perfect house and location

This house and it’s location were perfect. Nina was quick to answer any questions. The check in was very easy. We so much enjoyed the living area looking out at Lake Champlain. It was so peaceful sitting and reading in this room. The house was clean and well supplied. It was so nice being able to walk right to the lake shore. It was too cool for us to swim. But it looked very easy to get into the water. We also liked the convenience of a general store close by. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house to anyone. Nina, thank you for letting us rent this house.

The Perfect View

This was a beautiful and cozy cottage with an amazing view. We couldn't stop taking pictures. Loved having coffee down by the water. Saw bald eagles and a mink. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay and Nina was very helpful.
