* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles and golfcarts are not permitted at this property.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Four parking spaces are available in front of the home.
*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

NO PETS ALLOWED. This includes therapy/support animals. Immediate eviction without refund for violations.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
