It's located 5-15 minutes away from: Guntersville State Park, Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater, Guntersville City Harbor, Burns Bluff at High Falls wedding & Event venue, Polecat Branch Boat Ramp, Town Creek Fishing Center & Boat Ramp, and Short Creek Boat Ramp.

House is completely remodeled with brand new items throughout. The parking is very adequate for multiple vehicles or boats. Highly recommend this house and host!!!

Property was extremely , extremely clean and had everything you needed. Owner was really nice and greeted us and made sure we didn’t need anything. Set up great for fisherman with covered area for truck and boat with lights and charging outlets. Big parking area easy to get in and out. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I wished it had was tv in bedrooms.
