NEW! - Escape to our Lancaster Park Model Cabin in picturesque Spring City in the woods und just one minute to Watts Bar Lake. With one cozy bedroom, loft and 2 bunk beds for kids guests can unwind in comfort. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all essentials, ideal for couples, small families, or friends. Step outside to a covered patio with outdoor seating, firepit and private Finnish Sauna just for you. If needed, another small building provides you with washer/dryer and space for your luggage. Outside you´ll find yourselves surrounded by only the forest and deer which are stopping by regularly. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Spring City and our cabin in the woods has to offer.
Please note that the access road is somewhat steep and uneven in places. Four-wheel drive is recommended. We are happy to assist you!

This cabin was the perfect getaway hideaway retreat you could ask for. The cabin is very clean and cozy. The communication with the host was outstanding as well and made us feel right at home.

It didn’t end up working out for us to stay here but Monika was an extremely accommodating and kind host! We hope to try again soon.

Amazing property

Our stay was great. Monika, the host was so sweet and great to work with. We did have a few incidents that were out of their control but were there at the property within minutes trying to fix our situations. The driveway was a bit steeper than what I was expecting but she gave awesome instructions on how to navigate it. Would definitely stay there again! The property was very very clean and wish we had more time to just enjoy sitting outside.

Cute Cabin

Super cute and clean tiny house. Monika was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the drive in. The roadway is very steep, but Monika does a great job letting you know about it and telling you how to navigate it. Will stay again.

Highly recommend

We loved the little cabin, the kids stayed up in the loft even though there was bunk beds. The mini splits worked great to cool down the cabin. Starlink was great to have in that area and having two TVs was nice as well. It comes with a full kitchen and the place was spotless and well stocked with necessities. It's in a cool secluded area where the animals feel free to roam( saw lots of deer). I will warn that getting up the driveway is rough even for an suv but overall worth it. Would stay again.

Girls hunting weekend. Clean spacious tiny cabin. Comfy beds! Robes for friend sized sauna. Gorgeous wooded wonderland. Would recommend AWD vehicle for driveway/roads in case weather gets bad

Loved it!

We were visiting a friend on that lives on the lake. He didn’t have enough room for us to crash at his place. This was a great find. Kind of a scary drive up the hill. Would probably not have made it if it were raining, but we followed instructions and got up just fine.
