Affordable, good central location to all the things we wanted to do, very clean, host was easy to reach. Had to bug him for linens but his cleaner remedied things quickly. Thanks for hosting us!

The apartment was clean! We had some issues/needs upon arrival, but Neil was super fast to respond and had us set up within minutes, which was amazing and appreciated. The bed was really firm and there is no window covering on the door. Overall, it worked for our one night stay.

Wonderful stay, but the reason we rated lower in some areas are following.

We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of flatware and plates, bowls, was disappointing. Also we are of the age where a handrail in the shower is helpful. Also handrails on the cement steps up to the door. Other than that we enjoyed everything else!

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your review. We will be adding more plates and bowls for sure, we've had other guests make that request as well. This is a new vacation rental so we are still learning what guest would like for their stay and enhancing the property regularly. I will look into additional railings as you suggested as well. We hope you will come back and stay at our home the next time you visit Jasper!

Great Outdoors- Indoor Supplies Lacking

Quiet and clean property.Nice, private deck and view. Upon arrival, there were only two glasses, two coffee mugs, and two sets of towels for 3 guests. There were no sheets for the pullout sofa bed. There was only one small waste basket in the bathroom for trash. Contacted host and some items were delivered in a timely manner. Host would not provide additional glasses, coffee mugs or waste baskets.

I’m sorry you didn’t not have a 5 star experience. We work hard to make our guests happy which is why we rushed over to give you more towels and prepare the sofa bed for you immediately. Our extra towels and bedding are always readily available to guests when they ask, and we always have enough out for our guests. For your stay, the cleaner had missed getting them out and we apologize for that error and corrected our it within an hour of your arrival. We will be adding two more coffee cups and a larger trash can. We hope you will stay with us again so we can ensure you have a 5 star stay!

I stayed here when I went to Jasper for one night. The good: This unit has a dedicated parking pad for off street parking. The room was very clean and a nice size for a studio. The bathroom looked like it had recently been redone and was very nice. There was also a private covered patio area with a table and chairs. The bad: One thing that can easily be remedied would be to add a multi plug outlet surge protector on either side of the bed. There seemed to be only one available socket for my devices and it was too far from the bed to reach with my cable. Two, it’s nice that they provide coffee and bottles of water. However, there was no sugar or shelf stable creamer for the coffee. Three, the bed was extremely firm. A mattress topper would be a nice addition. If someone didn’t want to use the mattress topper, they could remove it. But the reason I gave 2 stars was the noise. The dehumidifier and air conditioner combined were so loud I could not sleep at all. This place has potential, but I wouldn’t go back. Also, if don’t know if the host has any control over this, but from the time I was researching places to the time I finally booked, the price went up, even though I didn’t change my travel date. That is a shady business practice.

I'm sorry to hear that the noise from the dehumidifier and air conditioner affected your sleep. The dehumidifier is provided for guest comfort, but it can be turned off at any time if preferred. Had I known this was causing an issue during your stay, I would have been happy to help find a solution right away. I was also disappointed to learn about these concerns only after your departure. My goal is for every guest to have a five-star stay, and I encourage guests to reach out to me during their visit if anything is not meeting their expectations. In most cases, I can quickly address concerns and make adjustments so they can fully enjoy their stay. Regarding pricing, VRBO uses dynamic pricing tools that can adjust nightly rates based on market conditions, supply and demand, and booking activity. These fluctuations can occur even when travel dates remain the same, and they are not intended to be misleading or unfair. Thank you again for your feedback.
