The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a private, secure building. Access to the building is granted through a secure code at the main entrance, ensuring your privacy and safety. Once inside, you’ll have full access to the apartment and all its amenities, designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

- Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in.

If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added.
