Escape to this relaxing condo in picturesque North Naples on Vanderbilt Beach. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, you'll feel right at home. Unit includes WiFi and washer and dryer. Condo located on 7th floor. Only 3 units per floor. Enjoy the serene surroundings and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Walking distance to La Playa and The Ritz Carlton. Also near Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, fabulous restaurants and shopping at the Mercado and Waterside Shops and close to Catholic Churches. Heated pool and barbecue grills available. No smoking. No pets. Rental application required through condominium association -non refundable $150 fee.
Additional fees $1500 refundable security deposit and $250 cleaning fee. Monthly rental
