Will Not Return
We were very disappointed with our stay in this house. The only way to access the home was by using the garage door opener and then the door into the house was unlocked. We were in a hurry after we changed for a formal event and someone in our party locked the door from the garage into the house. We tried for over 3.5 hours to contact the owner for help. We messaged through the app, texted, called and all were ignored. Called VRBO and they contacted them and still no communication from the owners. My husband finally paid a fee online to access the white pages and found another number for them, and then, after waiting hours we were offered help. On top of that, the house was not clean. Both bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the showers. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again!
