Jane is a wonderful host and her property is done beautifully. This lovely apartment gives you way more space than a hotel room and at a much better price. Very nice neighborhood. About 10-15 mins to downtown Greensburg.

Adorable Bungalow! Clean and well stocked. We were in town to attend our niece's wedding and were thrilled to be able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Host Jane was delightful and very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance to shops, food etc. We will definitely book again in the future!

A perfect little place to stay while visiting our Daughter at Seton Hill University. Loved having the full kitchen to cook her home cooked meals. Jane was super sweet and helpful with ideas as where to eat and the area!!!

Clean and congenial

The property is clean, the bed is comfortable and Jane is a great host. The Place is spacious enough for 2 adults. You could have someone stay on the sofa bed. The inside is cottage like. Thankyou Jane for a nice stay.

Cozy, comfortable bungalow.

The bungalow provided a perfect getaway for the weekend while we visited the area for a sporting event at Seton Hill University. The property was clean, tidy, and very comfortable for my husband and I along with our small dog. The host was very pleasant, helpful, and was readily available for questions. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

Wonderful stay!

This is one of my favorite places to stay! It’s a stand-alone space above a detached garage, behind the host’s home. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. You park directly next to the door, so if’s really easy to unload/load your things. A half-flight of stairs leads up to a small living room, kitchen with a table, bathroom with a shower, and a bed space with a closet. Kept very clean! Jane is a kind, communicative, excellent host. She wants to meet new guests, but then will interact as much or as little as you like. We love staying here.

Cozy apartment over a garage

This pet friendly place was centrally located for our visit back to our childhood home town and all the place we wanted to visit with our dog in tow. The parking was conveniently located right outside the door. Jane was a very friendly host and wanted to welcome us and our dog as we arrived. All and all the place was spacious enough for the two of us and the dog. If I would suggest anything it would be to update and rearrange the bathroom layout.

Your thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. In regards to arranging the bathroom, this is a turn of the century bungalow. We have to stay within the construction support guides. The layout is optimal usage of square footage, with sink on right, 3.5 foot pass through to shower and toilet. It makes sense from practical standpoint. We look forward to hosting you again. You guys were a pleasure to meet!

Beats the local hotels!

Basically a studio apartment above a garage. Includes a/c and washer/dryer in basement. Full size fridge and stove a big plus. Big screen TV as well. Our host Jane was wonderful, great communication and a joy to chat with. One thing to keep in mind is that the place is small, so things like the shower and toilet don’t have much room. So if you are older and not very “spry”, like I was on my visit, 2 months after a total knee replacement, getting on and off the toilet and in and out of the shower are a bit challenging due to the cramped quarters in the bathroom, so keep this in mind. Other than this, a perfect stay. Will consider staying there again next time we visit family in the area.

I never thought to point out that the toilet is seated next to the shower with 25" of seating area width. Hopefully those who need to know read this as it is not an option in the description. This was a perfect rental for our short stay near Latrobe. It was nicely situated in a quiet residential area, just down the street from a wonderful bakery. The property had everything we needed, including microwave, and kitchen appliances, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighbors on the alleyway were very kind and friendly.

What a perfect rental!

I’m a first-time Vrbo user but stay in hotels approximately 20-30 weekends a year for dog shows. This little bungalow almost seemed too good to be true! It was perfect size for a couple. The host was more than willing to accommodate our two dogs and even with a pet fee, the nightly rate ended up being comparable to what we would have paid for an area hotel. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and in a safe and charming neighborhood. The host was just a text message away and quickly responded to our questions. Great restaurants just a short drive away. We travel this way annually and plan to rebook for 2022 as soon as we know our dates.

Clean house, great owner!

This place is super clean, and well stocked. Jane is an excellent host. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and committed to ensuring her guests have everything they need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Did I mention the place is clean? My grandmother would approve! The bungalow is in a walkable neighborhood. There are several amenities in just a few blocks, and it is a short drive to many outdoor activities. It is worth mentioning a couple of the local establishments shut down on Sundays, but if you don't mind driving, or cooking in, it won't be an issue. Great for a short getaway or a week off.

Wonderful stay in Youngwood!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Jane's home in Youngwood! It was nearby to a local ski resort, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway - it was cozy and clean, and Jane was helpful in making us feel welcome!

Home away from home.
