Newly built vacation villa (2023) is south-facing, impresses with its modern interior, the extra-long and deep heated pool (swimming lane) and the absolutely quiet and exclusive, secure location in the very southwest of Pelican/ Cape Coral close to Sands Boulevard and El Dorado Pkwy West.
The house is completely tiled, the living area is 180m² (1900sqft), the pool deck 90m² (900sqft). The living/dining area, the open kitchen with center island and two bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling patio doors directly onto the sheltered pool deck.
There are 3.5 bedrooms (two king-size, one queen-size bed, one small room with an daybed).
We are happy to accommodate four adults or two adults and two children. On request it is poosible for two adults and up to three own children.
Parties and the like are not permitted in consideration of the neighbors.
Best location in Florida in a small residential street between Sands Boulevard and El Dorado Parkway West! The harbor and the nearest Publix supermarket are only 5 minutes away by car. There are pedestrian and bike paths, the quiet neighborhood is also great for jogging, walking.
The detached house is surrounded by a garden planted with various types of palm trees, hibiscus, philodendrons and other tropical plants. The garden and pool are maintained weekly by our gardening company and cleaned by the pool boy. The entire garden is automatically sprinkled several times a week.
