Our beautifully appointed bedroom offers a private sanctuary with an ensuite bath, ensuring your comfort and privacy during your stay. Daily check-in — 3 pm - 8 pm. ***A Note for Our Furry Friends: A friendly, young kitty resides on the property in a separate wing with the host/owner, who lives on the premises. While your room is meticulously clean, guests with allergies may want to consider other beautiful accommodations nearby.

Reason TWO: Comfort and Convenience: Each room is equipped with a dresser, ceiling fan, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee press or coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, closet, full-length mirror, and a secured door lock for your privacy. Low-pile carpet located on the first floor.

Reason THREE: Clean and Fresh: Our home features a whole-house water filtration system and air filtration, ensuring that you enjoy soft, warm showers and breathe in the freshest air. The washer and dryer are available with clean laundry detergent provided. Please do not use your own detergent. Thank you.

Reason FOUR: Relaxing Spaces: Unwind on our covered outdoor back deck and breathe in the fresh air or in our inviting common areas, perfect for reading, watching TV, playing board games, or sharing meals with friends and family.

Important Details:

Check-in & Check-out: Arrive between 3 PM-8 PM and Depart by 10 AM. For late arrivals, please call 941-284-4179. Late check-in is available for an additional cost of $75.

Safety and Accessibility: Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. There are only 3 steps at the entrance. Upon arrival, you will receive a 4-digit door code and a short waiver to sign. Once you receive the code, you are free to come and go as you please. The property is well lit. For Your Safety — smoking in, on, or around the premises, candles, guns, and ammunition are NOT permitted at this historic wooden home.

Fragrance-Free Environment: To maintain a chemical-free space, we kindly ask guests to avoid using aerosol sprays, colognes, perfumes, lotions, or other scented body products. Many people, including me, suffer from chemical sensitivities. Thank you for your understanding.

Shoes Policy: To keep our home spotless, please remove your shoes upon entry inside the house.
