Welcome to Palm Breeze, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Tower 1 of the highly sought-after Edgewater Resort. Experience paradise with this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Located on the 11th floor of Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1, the unit boasts breathtaking Gulf and Lagoon Pool views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath with a large walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bunk bed. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa and single sofa bed. A full kitchen with a wet bar and a spacious living area make it perfect for families.
Edgewater Resort is ideally situated near Pier Park, top restaurants like Firefly and Saltwater Grill, and attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park and St. Andrews State Park, all within a short drive. Resort amenities include multiple pools, on-site dining, golf, tennis, and a fitness center (additional fees apply).
An additional $50 fee is added when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access. Extended stays during Snowbird season require monthly parking passes. The condo is stocked with linens, towels, starter toiletries, and essential kitchenware.
