Master Bedroom: An artistic and comfortable nest.
Reading & Relaxation Room: An intimate second lounge for reading or listening to music.
Separate Dining Room: An elegant area for your meals.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Complete with everything, including our unique bicycle-themed coffee corner.
Two Designer Bathrooms: Maximum comfort, one with a large soaking tub.

I chose to create my gallery-home in the vibrant heart of Caiazzo's historic center because it's a magical place with an authentic atmosphere. What I love most is the ability to experience the village entirely on foot, forgetting about the car. Just a few steps away, you'll find artisan shops, cafés, and of course, the privilege of reaching the world-famous "Pepe in Grani" pizzeria in just two minutes, completely stress-free.

Our property is unique because it's not just an apartment, but a 150sqm (approx. 1600 sq ft) work of art you can live in. Every design piece, from the car-sofas to the furniture, is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted by me.
