Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided for the stay (bed linens, towels, kitchenware). Parking was available in lot directly behind apartment. Listing stated listing was apartment A however when we got there it was B right next door. Enjoyed Pizza from pub directly across the street.

Nice, clean apartment stay

This property was very well kept and provided a pleasant stay for us. It was clean and well furnished and quiet for the most part. There is no central air but that seems to be the norm in this town. The only minor improvements we’d suggest would be providing wash clothes for guests, a spatula and a broom/ dustpan. There was a broom in the kitchen but unfortunately the bristles were stuck in a mouse trap so it was unusable. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

I love this neighborhood for the richness of history of stone coal, the endless mountains and river valleys located in the Wyoming Valley. A lot of hiking to do here. It’s the Diamond City for nearly 3 centuries Wilkes-Barre would contribute to several chapters in American history including constitutional history, industrialization, labor history, ethnic history. The region is still dotted with culm banks, or coal waste piles, that are a reminder of the industrial past. The area offers abundant opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, including hiking, biking, whitewater rafting on the Susquehanna River and visiting several nearby state parks.

Our building is part of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania with preserved architecture and history. Construction is definitely different over here it hold it’s history and that makes our place special to me. We’re in the middle of everything here stores, mall, restaurants, parks, etc.
