Memorial Day weekend Family trip

We had a wonderful getaway to North Topsail. Wall was quick, just across the street to the beach. Pool was lovely/ quiet. Overall great low key beach trip

It was nice. The cleaners were not great and were late. The AC quit working however it was promptly fixed. Area was great and was as advertised.

Decent Place for a Quiet Beach Vacation

This is a nice beach condo across the street from the beach. This particular stretch of Topsail is very quiet and family oriented, which is what we were looking for. You can see the beach from the living room balcony in the top floor, and the condo overlooks a shared community pool. We traveled here with our 10-month-old, so we ended up using the pool quite a bit. There are three separate outdoor decks. The decor is beachy and the place is pretty much exactly as pictured. There were a few issues and things to be aware of. This rental charges extra for things you would normally expect to be included, like sheets and towels. We decided to bring our own since we were driving. The keypad lock did not work during our stay, which delayed our check-in, but luckily there was emergency staff on duty if you call the main number. Also, the cleanliness of the space was generally okay except for the floors, parts of which were dirty/sticky. I ended up washing the floor in my daughters bedroom since she crawls everywhere and will find dirt wherever it lies. Cookware was also a bit limited. None of this seriously impacted our stay, which was overall very pleasant. Next year we might pay the extra money to be directly beachside, but this place offers a good value. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We recommend it.

Great Week at North Topsail Beach

The place was excellent! Close to beach and nearby Surf City. Felt like staying at home rather than a beach house, with updated amenities and comforts. Pool was a needed extra to cool off from the hot beach sand. Glad they accepted pets to allow our dog to accompany us for the week. Will definitely look into booking same place again next year!

Bright and airy summer spirit! We all loved Sam's Castle!

We all loved Sam's Castle the moment we walked in! It has a bright and airy summer spirit and we were very comfortable in the ample space. The convenient beach access encouraged us to take sunrise and sunset walks there. There's a Keurig as well as the regular coffee maker. Our son, a 4 star chef, cooked and make a colossal castle birthday cake. All our beach gear was safe in the carport and the BBQ stored there allowed us to char-coal steaks out in the driveway. The shower & toilet at the garage level were very convenient for pool and beach. Neighbors at the pool were friendly. There were dog dishes and a doggie mat for Roxie. We enjoyed working with Lewis Realty. We found them cheerful and responsive to our questions.

Great week

Lewis reality was wonderful. Very accommodating, the only issue was the property was very dirty. Lewis realty handled the issue very professionally.

I would give a five star except...

Two things that need attention, the queen bed in second bedroom is very uncomfortable and the shower in hallway needs better water pressure, other than that everything was perfect for our beach trip!!!

Relaxing but needs to be deeper cleaned

Property is nicely located and paint colors are nice and bright with good dining spaces inside and on deck. Views are good and stocked with lots of games! However mold around showers and on faucet heads and drawers and dishes need to be better cleaned. Also, with linen should include dish clothes. We got locked out due to batteries dying but responded fairly quickly and courteous. Air did not work well but someone came out and fixed it and was courteous ( added freon). Nice place but needs some updates and deep cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay !

Only issues were the bathrooms, too small. Only had stand up showers that were way too small.

Overall pretty good. Price was great, beach access was perfect! Only issues were very small bathrooms and bad mattresses. My 10 year old complained about how uncomfortable his bed was. Upstairs was perfect!

Needs new mattresses

The queen mattress in the 2 nd bedroom needs to be replaced. I find it hard to believe the place was rented with the intention of someone actually using such an old and worn mattress with deep indentations and no support whatsoever. The property needs updating. The showers were grimy with shower doors that were difficult to open and close. We used the laundry , the washer worked okay but the dryer did not .
