Welcome to our bright and spacious 790 sq. ft. basement suite! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, our home offers complete privacy with a separate private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. Despite being a basement unit, it features high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

​Langley Event Centre (LEC): 5-min drive / 15-min walk.
​Shopping (Costco, Walmart, Superstore): 5-7 min drive.

Suite was clean, easy to access, great to have off road parking available. Quick responses to questions, and nice and quiet. Great location for the sporting event I was attending, easy walking distance of Langley Event Centre.

The space is as pictured. Extremely clean & bright . If we had a request, response was friendly & speedy & filled immediately. The location was just what we needed for visiting family in the area . Also a nice area for early evening walks.

Very efficient and clean

We were looking for a place that was central to a family wedding location in Langley. And this place fit the bill. The only issue was trying to park our larger truck in the back parking area - especially when the neighbours' car were a little too close. But a small problem! This home is very clean and quiet.

My daughter and I stayed here so that we could compete at Thunderbird showpark. It is quiet , easy to access and close to amenities. Would recommend to singles and families alike.
