The unit was very well appointed and had excellent quality amenities. Bus stops directly in front of the building made easy use of free public transportation. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is so comfortable, very clean, and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and all the appliances are easy to use , plush fluffy bath towels! We loved the proximity to the free bus system. Deb was so helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this ideal spot for a trip to Park city!

This was a great condo that exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do the interior justice. All the interior spaces have been nicely updated, very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment if you want to cook full meals during your stay. Beds were very comfortable, the showers are great. The complex hot tub is close by, large, and clean. It is only a 3 block/5 minute walk to the mountain lifts. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the Park City bus stops right in front of the building if you don’t want to walk. Great communication with the owner from booking through checkout and no surprises. We will stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect location, easy walk to slopes, bus stop out the front door, walkable to grocery/restaurants. Place was warm, cozy, and comfortable, had everything we needed for a 3-night stay with friends.

Beautiful condo steps away from ski lifts

We stayed 3 nights in park city and were a short walk away from the ski lifts. The condo was a great size for our family of 6 and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

We’ll cared for property in a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Could walk to slopes but I didn’t see anyone do it. Bus stop is out front but we used the First Time carpool lot for a very easy in/out. Would be perfect with a real fireplace and in-unit laundry!

Family ski trip

Deb's condo was in the perfect location for accessing the slopes. It was the perfect size for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Deb was amazing with recommendations and accommodating our requests. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and Perfect for Getaway

I stayed here with my family for a short ski vacation. The location is perfect, as we had easy access to town and mountains. The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Public transit literally stopped right in front of the condo, if we wanted a quick ride straight to town. Would stay here again!

Fantastic stay

This condo has been recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Owners communicated well and were accommodating. Location is great for skiing--a bus right at the parking lot goes to the mountains/lifts nearby, as well as to historic Park City. Kitchen was well equipped, and there were some games and puzzles to keep our early-riser kid occupied while others slept in. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.

Having only skied in Europe and the East Coast, our family ventured west to Park City in 2006 and never looked back. Park City quickly became our go to spot for every winter vacation. It offers skiing and snowboarding at all levels, plus plenty to do off mountain. Although known for its winter activities, it is also an unbelievable summer spot for anyone wanting to get away for warm weather activities and adventures. Park City is a beautiful place to make memories with family and friends. As full-time Park City residents, we want you to have the best experience during your stay and take pride in our guest ratings.

In choosing a Park City property, we wanted it to be easy to enjoy all our charming town has to offer. Our condo is located on the free bus route for both Park City & Deer Valley and only a 10–15-minute walk to just about everything including Park City Mountain Base Area. Many guests choose to Uber or shuttle out from SLC Airport and forego the car rental; it's definitely an easy and more affordable option.
