Yes, we have Wi-Fi. No, it won’t always be lightning fast. Welcome to mountain life. Island Park occasionally slows down when vacationers flood the area, but for most of your stay, you’ll have solid cell service and streaming capabilities.

TVs are equipped with Roku so you can log in to your favorite apps (just don’t forget to log out when you leave, unless you want the next guest to see your embarrassing viewing habits).

Winter Visitors: Please Read
Winter in Island Park is beautiful, magical, and very snowy. Like “wow, I didn’t know snow could do that” levels of snowy.

To safely access the cabin in winter months:

4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are REQUIRED

The driveway is plowed regularly and walkways are cleared, but bring your boots (and a sense of humor)

A snow shovel is provided in case of fresh snowfall

You can park two large vehicles in the driveway—plus you’re welcome to ride your sled right up to the cabin

Max guest count must be respected. Please, no unregistered guests.

Noise curfews and county short-term rental regulations apply.

Security cameras are located at the front and back entry (motion-activated) for safety only—no indoor recording.

Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them and let us know in advance.

We also recommend travel insurance in case unexpected changes affect your ability to stay. And yes—by booking, you agree to the rental agreement provided after confirmation.
