This is a very clean and beautiful property. It was very close to hiking and Helen and was a relaxing place to come back to each night. We really enjoyed our stay.

From the start our host was always extremely prompt in answering all my messages. Very helpful with all questions. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Towels and linen smelled very fresh. Lots of nature on the property. It was beautiful !

The house was perfect for our girl's trip. We made breakfast every morning and had coffee on the back porch. We saw some wildlife and it was close to everything. We would definitely book again when traveling to Helen.

It was very nice place. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed like plates and utensils. The location was great. The only thing my daughter had an issue with was no washer or dryer to wash clothes. Very well lighted at night in the driveway. Very good location close to Helen. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommend

This place is beautiful and just like the pics. It’s in a nice private area and has everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean. The only negative we could find (and we are three picky old ladies) is the front entrance has no railing on the stairs. We are older and somewhat unsteady on our feet and it would have been nice to have something to hold onto. The entrance adjacent to the front had a rail so one of us would go in and open that door and the others would come in that door. Other than that it was perfect!

An excellent getaway!

Such a relaxing, peaceful property! I especially enjoyed looking at this gorgeous view while drinking my morning coffee! The farmhouse was extremely clean, spacious, and welcoming. It was a great home base for exploring Helen and the surrounding areas. Although there were only two of us, I can also envision this space as a gathering place for families, church retreats, and weddings. The surrounding acreage would be beautiful for a wedding, and the home contains two indoor sitting areas, two dining areas, a spacious kitchen, and a large screened in porch. I will definitely be recommending this property to all my family and friends! A must stay!!

Beautiful place to stay near Helen

Beautiful country setting. Sitting on the back porch in the evening looking at the mountains and listening to the whooperwill was amazing. Great fire pit for bonfires on cool nights. House was perfectly clean and beds were very comfortable. We used the attic fan on cool mountain evenings and it was so cool and awesome. Kitchen has everything we needed including two ovens and two microwaves. Very close to Helen for river tubing and great German food. We hiked to several gorgeous waterfalls. I recommend this highly as a place to stay.

Beautiful house

This house is absolutely beautiful. We had a few issues when we first arrived but the host was extremely responsive and helpful! Be prepared to be off grid. We had wifi but making phone calls were out, at least for us. Texts came through just fine. It was honestly the perfect place to unplug for the weekend.

Great property, spacious greens all around

We had a great time staying at this property. If you are intending to stay on site, there is plenty of space all around, there is a fire pit. The owner was always fast to respond to all our messages and they even put together a list of restaurants and activities nearby.We were the first family the stay in the house. It was super clean and organized.Not about the property but just a friendly suggestion:The restaurants might be a bit far to go for every meal, so it is definitely a good idea to do some grocery shopping.Be aware that during high seasons nearby restaurants might be very packed and most don't allow reservations.

The house is beautiful. Our first day was amazing. We arrived an hour early, unfortunately no service up there so i couldn't call to make sure was ok. Luckily the key worked. Thank you for that. We saw all kinds of wild life that day. As we relaxed. Great location from Helen. Our neighbor was very kind to us. He had to come jump our car as the battery was dead. So our first day was grabbing a battery from town. Beds were very comfortable. Didn't mind only tv. Means more family time. Just wish couch was near tv. Lol loved that they had 2 stoves and microwaves. Be great for Thanksgiving or even Christmas with family.

The whole experience was very good. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything listed. My only observation and it is not really a complaint is that games were advertised and they’re only seem to be one or maybe two games. I wasn’t interested in playing them anyway, but if I had wanted to there was only one and it was based on the town. The house had all the amenities as listed, but I’ve stayed in many rentals and usually there are things like mixers or cork screws and serving bowls all of which were missing. I just feel like if people were going to cook there they would miss a lot of these things. Also the TV set up was really strange. If you wanted to watch TV, only two people could watch And the chairs were not especially comfortable. We ended up moving the TV over by the couches. I think it would be better if the TV was where several people could watch it comfortably. It was a wonderful stay, and I have no complaints. I’ve never seen anyone leave china like that in a rental and I thought it was very lovely. It was really close to everything and the drive wasn’t bad at all. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Very clean, with fresh towels, soap and shampoo. Only issue was the entrance code, that was quickly resolved. The stay and view with experience was fantastic. Will definitely put on my favorites.
