Home is clean and supplied. We got rained out and could have benefitted from bringing some card/board games. Otherwise the home had everything we needed. Host contacted to let us know that we could message if we needed anything. The stay was quiet and comfortable. 10/10 will stay again.

This is a great VRBO. The entry is steep and difficult for a handicapped person, but was a well done VRBO.

A wonderful place!

We had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the pictures. - spotless, modern and very comfortable for two people or even 3! Location was perfect for us and plenty of places to get food nearby as well as easy access to Westchester County as well as NYC!

Clean room, adorable space. The only disadvantage was parking but thats not the hosts fault. Just a heads up.

Apartment clean, new, neat. Great bed & air conditioning. Access by uneven concrete stairs or steep driveway. Host needs to install a banister for the full length of the stairway for safety. Otherwise perfect!

As a local host, I make sure guests have privacy but can always reach me if they need help or recommendations. My goal is for every guest to feel safe, welcomed, and at home during their stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it’s safe, quiet, and very convenient for anyone who wants quick access to New York City without the busy noise. The area has friendly neighbors, easy parking, nearby stores, and great transportation options. It’s close to parks, hospitals, major highways, and everything guests may need for a comfortable long-term stay. It’s a peaceful and reliable location for both work and family travel.

The apartment offers a combination that is hard to find: a modern, updated space with private entrance, free street parking 23/7, and a quiet residential environment—while still being just minutes from NYC. It is fully furnished, very clean, and designed for long stays with all the essentials already included. Guests appreciate the comfort, privacy, fast Wi-Fi, self check-in, and overall convenience. The space feels like a true home, not just a rental.
