It offers 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom on the main floor, 1 queen bedroom and 1 full bedroom on the lower level. A sofa bed pullout is also available in the lower common area.
Note: renter is responsible to bring bed linens and towels. Owner provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets and spreads.

This house features open concept living on main level; vaulted ceiling in the great room with a slider out to an expansive deck with covered grilling area and gorgeous views of the back yard. The roomy kitchen offers a center island and snack bar.
The master bedroom is on main floor with full bath access from the hallway and seperate private access to the 3 season screened porch. The lower level features 2 nice sized bedrooms with updated bath.
The lower walk out is to a well maintained fenced yard with new outdoor shower stall with changing room and large overhang.

Wynnwood Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.
