Wonderful time with my daughter, her husband and 2 Autistic grandchildren! They Loved watching the beach as much as we did. Unit was beautiful and made us feel right at home.

The condo is perfect. We did Not use the second room, we just shut the door. The main room is super spacious the king bed was fine to us. Two full bathrooms were great to have even though it was just me and my husband. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers toaster great pots plates etc. I would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was very clean. The beach view is exceptional which is one of our biggest priorities when visiting Madeira Beach. The grounds have been restored since the past hurricanes and are beautiful and the best on the beach. Beach chair rentals are right outside the gates. Our trip was wonderful and we will be back!

Celebrating anniversary

If you're looking for a spacious, well appointed, beach front condo, this is it. Convenient to stores and restaurants...be sure to visit Sweet Brewnette's for breakfast. We will stay here again!

Tranquil Home Away From Home

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Trillium 2B! The condo was huge with a fantastic balcony and view right on the beach! We loved the close beach and pool access and the fact there were only 15 units there. We will definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful place!!

Our stay was wonderful. It is a very comfortable unit with fantastic views. It is very well equipped but keyless entry would be an improvement. A very spacious condo with a nice balcony.

Amazing location and lovely condo

We loved our stay! The condo overlooking the beach is just what we were looking for. Parking was easy, location was great. Word to the wise - be sure to bring absolutely everything you need, including trash bags. We had to go buy our own so maybe pack a few. And the coffee maker is a cup version, not a cone, so bring your filters as well. Loved the place, would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway!

Love this Condo the Trillium, this property is really nice. The Condo we had was 2B very nice, but really needed a lot of updates. We left a comment with the lady’s at Blind Past Road. We will stay again.

Quiet beach close to fun

If you want to just walk right out onto a quiet beach that is not packed but close to fun things to do then this is the spot. The place is built solid so you can’t even really hear the neighbors. You are able to walk to many places to eat or have a drink. We drove to Clearwater which was fun but so busy that we came back after only a few hours because our beach was nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable and clean but I would agree with other reviews that the mattress on the king bed is not comfy. The sunsets every night were amazing. We plan to come back and stay here again

Trillium 2B

The unit had a weird stale smell when we arrived , but after airing it out the first day it was fine. Very clean. The location was awesome, and the beach was fantastic. The large balcony on the second floor was fantastic and you could see the entire beach. Caddys of Madiera Beach had just openend up two buildings away so going out for a bite to eat our an adult beverage was easy, But we could not here any noise or music from our patio, We fell that they are a great addition to Madiera Beach. The only downfall of the whole trip was that we believed that this was a non smoking building and the people next door were smoking on thier patio and the person downstairs was smoking a lousy cigar on his patio and it just lingared in the air which made it unpleasant to sit out while he was smoking.

Not happy with unit or management

While the pictures given (cropped) were accurate, the items not pictured were more of a concern. The unit is in need of updates, the kitchen is not well stocked, the dryer was out for over half or our stay. Communication with resort rentals was very poor. Upon check-in, a sink needed to be repaired to even use and we were told someone would be out within the hour. No one was and there was no follow up from the Resort Rental team. It did get fixed the next day around mid day - again without any follow up. We discovered the clothes dryer did not work on Saturday when it was very badly needed as four adults packed with laundry in mind and all towels were wet. This could not be repaired until 4:15pm on Monday due to the owner's repair contracts. Resort Rentals says that appliances are not guaranteed and that is stated. Buyer beware! Read the fine print and do Not expect good service! Beach towels are not provided and there is no blow dryer - plan accordingly. - we bought both and left them in the unit. If there are none now, i guess someone has sticky fingers. Overall, the location and the beach were very nice - rented chairs as the ones in the unit were not in good shape. There were live bugs on a chair in the guest room. The balcony was small but has good furniture. The master tub is very high to climb into and is in need of new caulk, etc. the drawers in the entire place need to be lined or replaced. The bath mats were too gross to step on, we put a towel down (which were very small and scratchy). I have never left a bad review of a VRBO property as I use it all the time and have always loved the places and units picked. I wish I had reviewed this one more closely.

However, condo needs some TLC. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced...two chairs have rips and tears in them. The coffee maker leaks. The toaster doesn't toast. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom doesn't work. The screen on the living room slider to the deck had a broken glide wheel making it difficult to open & close. Called to have GIF in master bath checked as popped off and had trouble staying depressed. Maintenance checked and said was still good so wouldn't replace; however, popped again twice after that and had to use outlets in bedroom for hair dryer.

Great vies for the living room and both bedrooms. It may not be the most up to date unit, but hey, you are there for the beach. I would stay there again.
