Absolutely wonderful in every way !❤️⭐️

The house is gorgeous, so pretty and original . Lots of space, great bedrooms, right in the heart of things, moped hire shop near by and supermarket , close to the beach, short walk to the old harbour. We could not have asked for a more lovely holiday or better house , we loved every minute and wish we were back there! Thank you very much .

Loved it!

We stayed in the property for a couple days and we absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful with all the necessities and commodities. The position couldn’t have been better, super central and walking distance from all the prime spots! Highly recommended

fantastic villa on beautiful island sepses

What a beautiful house!! As an architect i appreciate a 19th century villa renovated with great taste preserving its original features intact. Great to eat in the kitchen next to a live well and to observe the wall paintings of the first floor with its great Venetian wooden floor. The location is also ideal as it is close to everything and in one of the quietest streets of the center. Highly highly recommended, our 3 children didn't want to leave...we'll be back, as also customer service was perfect from A to Z.

My stay in Spetses

I loved my stay in Spetses. I felt I was traveling back in time. While Santorini, Mykonos and other islands in the Cyclades may be more famous, Spetses will always have a special place in my heart. Very few tourists, no cars, spectacular coastal landscapes, incredible biking around the island, and of course swimming in the divine azure sea. The fresh fish I ate at the old harbor was some of the best I have ever eaten. Spetses also has age old traditions, and a very rich history. The property was very comfortable, well appointed, and has a great location. I loved the thick walls, which is a definite advantage when it is hot in summer. It was the perfect base to explore the island, to enjoy quiet evenings, and all the fun places to go to in the evening were only a short walk away. In summary, I can highly recommend this property and Spetses a a destination.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The house is in heart of the old town and it is on a quite cal-de-sac. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the paved uphill path which is popular for walks in the summer. It is next to a bakery and in the morning from the kitchen you can enjoy the smell of bread and freshly baked pies. The house is close to the local beaches of Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos. Furthermore it is 5minutes walk from the closest bus stop that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island.
