Very clean apartment on a very quiet block. It was wonderfully private and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great place to stay

Awesome place to stay! The entire place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and could hear very little noise at all. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Host was very great in communicating but gave us complete privacy during our stay.

Very nice!

Charming apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels available. The kitchen was completely furnished. I highly recommend staying at the Fort. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing weekend

The Fort is the only place I book when in Davenport! Lynda is very accommodating and quick to respond. New (to me) this time were the neighbors barking dogs but they were quiet at night. Will definitely stay again!

The weekend was wonderful. Had family events to attend and was nice to be able to have my own space. Loved the electric tea pot.. will use again.

We were so comfortable in this quiet, very well appointed apartment above the garage. We both had to work remotely all week and there was plenty of room to do that without disturbing each other. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. The kitchen was the most well appointed in any rental we've stayed in and the unique furnishings and appliances weren't lost on us. We travel to the QC occasionally and I'll be looking for availability at Lynda's garage apartment before I search elsewhere!.

The Private Garage

This is our second time staying at the 'Fort above the Garage'. It is very private, quite and is centrally located in Davenport. The apartment has everything you need and setting the arrangements with Lynda is easy. Next time we are in Davenport we will be staying at the Fort.

Apartment is exactly as shown, and very clean and quiet. Comfortable, very nicely furnished and appointed— kitchen has everything needed and then some. Lynda touched base with me to make sure all was well, and responded quickly when I texted. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises!

More than I expected in many ways.

Everything was more than expected. Owner was responsive and attentive to our needs. Kitchen is well stocked, house was very clean. Property is quiet. If you see the dog, she will require belly rubs to enter the property and she will let you know about it. Overall for my first vrbo use it was about perfect and I'll definitely use this rental if I get the chance again.

Nice fort

This was my very first time at a VRBO. It was a great experience. The host was very pleasant. The place was very nice, and I felt quite at home. There was nothing that I was in need for everything was there. Thank you for allowing me to stay I really enjoyed and probably will be back again.
