Enjoy being close to so much to do, just twenty minutes to Austin on a good day, an hour to San Antonio visiting every place in between, and thirty-five minutes to New Braunfels; with the Hill Country just west where you can enjoy the many wineries, breweries and distilleries within a half-hour away. Enjoy Buda, with the Farmers Market on weekends, vintage shops, restaurants and bars, and family adventures. Located close to downtown Historic Buda, a short walk away or a couple minutes driving, and have the bonus of grocery stores, gas stations less than five-minutes away. Buda is a hidden gem, and a place I am grateful to call home.

Note: The home comfortably can accommodate 5 guests, with option of a sixth person. The 3 bedrooms include comfortable memory foam beds of a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed; 2 full bathrooms, primary bedroom's bathroom has a walk in shower. The home is perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends.

Ground Rules:

Treat your host’s home like your own,

• Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, standard sanitation, etc.).

• Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

• Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, it is expected for guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.

• Commercial film and photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the host.

• Extra- persons on property not pre-approve will incur an extra charge per person.

• No Events, Large Gatherings, or Parties.
