Whether you're relaxing by the fireplace in the cozy living room or enjoying the tranquil backyard, you'll experience comfort at every turn.

Featuring a master suite with a luxurious, temperpedic bed and a guest room with two comfortable queen beds, our place offers ample space for families or groups. With two well-appointed bathrooms, a full granite kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and convenient in-home laundry facilities (washer and dryer), you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Outside, our large yard is an inviting space for enjoying the fresh air, complete with a charming treehouse, ideal for kids or the young at heart.

My parents, myself and my brother and sister n law all really enjoyed this house. We like to cook our own breakfast and with being here for a memorial, have room to accommodate family made this perfect place.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was lovely and very comfortable. My son was attending freshman camp at Texas State & this was very close to campus. We hit the San Marcos outlet mall & had a great time. We ate at Bloodworths BBQ & was very delicious! This is a really nice neighborhood. We would reserve this house again.

The house is lovely and clean. Jules was great and very responsive to texts and emails. My family and I enjoyed watching movies in the living room while our 3 year old had a blast playing with the puzzles, labyrinth, and train set. Everyone slept well thanks to all the beds having VERY comfortable mattresses. We wished our stay could have been longer, but hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely home in old Kyle

Well-kept old home in Kyle, very convenient to San Marcos, Austin and the Hill Country. Comfortable beds and living spaces, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of books and games available to keep entertained if it's too hot or too rainy. Nice walking neighborhood close to old downtown Kyle, but also an easy drive to the newer part of Kyle and its shopping and food choices.Owners were responsive to a few coordinating emails we needed to exchange.

Family reunion

Stayed with my cousin and 94 year old aunt. House was perfect for us and easy for my aunt to negotiate her walker throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were quite comfortable. Bonus points for the location. The house was walking distance to our family reunion. Thanks for a lovely stay.
