The location was so close to family we were visiting. Check in was easy and the house was nice and clean with a fully furnished kitchen and when we needed the house for one more day the host was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this house. Thank you Taylor we had a wonderful stay.

This home was welcoming, clean, and exactly what we needed! We were in town for TXST graduation and this home was about 15 minutes from campus. There was room for everyone and we could spread out a little! One of the best stays we have had! No downsides!

Property is beautiful and really in a good location. Only con is I didn't realize all bedrooms were located upstairs (might have missed that in the description), which ended up being fine.

The house was very clean and host was very accommodating! We were a little disappointed that the community pool could not be used by the guests. Also home is a little farther away from Austin than we expected. Otherwise awesome place!

I had a few hiccups with the VRBO app but host was quick to respond and very pleasant. If I am ever again in need to stay near San Marcos, this rental will be my first go-to!

Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. It is a full size house in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen is well-stocked, there is some food in the pantry, fresh paint throughout home, soaker tub in bathroom which our kiddo loved. 30 minutes to Schlitterbahn, downtown Austin, bats at S Congress Avenue bridge, and 1 hour and 15 minutes to SeaWorld and the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The owner went out of her way to let us in 1 day earlier than our reservation. We’ll be back.

Great Experience

The home is located on a quiet street and greatNeighborhood. The house was immaculate and very roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals including coffee setup.We really loved this home and would stay there again if we’re in the area.

Perfect!

The home was immaculately clean, perfect location, very safe neighborhood, all the comforts of home! The host was quick to respond and so easy to go above and beyond for our stay. We will most definitely be staying here when we come to visit family in Kyle!

In town for a wedding

This place was very clean and nice. We were in town for a wedding in Kyle and place was 10 minutes from the church and 10 minutes from the reception. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering

The neighborhood is perfectly located. Tucked in to a quiet area of Kyle with the hospital, Walmart, Target & numerous restaurants just a 2-4 minute drive away. Austin & San Marcos are also a very quick trip. Ideal for someone who wants to experience the city but rest in a quiet/safe location.
