The Space:
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sofas bed in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen

Guest Access:
You have full access to the apartment and your 6ft fenced in backyard section The house which is a rental too, is completely separate from the apartment you will have to gather your trash and dispose of it in the same trash receptacles as the main home which are located on the other side of the home

House has their own private entrance and their own private driveway as you do too. Parking for the house should only be on the main house driveway and parking for the apartment should only be on your driveway left side of the home.

Your private entrance is the gated door with a WELCOME sign on it

Your code for your stay will be the same for the door lock and alarm panel

Additional Cleaning fee service available for guest with longer stays at the regular rate of $200 per cleaning with at least 48 notice.
