Beautiful home in Evian-les-Bains with views onto Lake Geneva

Enjoy the stunning views and large garden at this newly renovated private home in Evian. Equipped with a large, open plan kitchen, the 4-bedroom house is perfect for families. The house and dining patio offer big-sky, panoramic views of Lake Geneva with a massive yard. The house is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to the Evian fountain and pedestrian shopping street and lakeside promenade that has activities for the whole family (boat and paddleboard rentals, mini golf, the public pool and beautiful walks and beaches along the lake). The nearby funicular takes you do the downtown. Alpine hiking trails and ski slopes are 15 minutes away.

The main floor has a main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed. The two bedrooms upstairs have balconies with stunning views of Lake Geneva. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom, and the other has two twin beds. (Guests in the rooms with single beds need to walk through the main bedrooms to access the ensuite bathrooms.) There is a powder room with toilet on the ground floor. For guests with little ones, there is a Pack 'n Play travel crib and a high chair provided, and a large-screen television in the living room for family movie nights. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
