Brand new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beachfront condo on Singer Island located in the Amrit resort and residences. Enjoy all the modern amenities including the beachfront chairs and daybeds, owners private pool and hot tub, game room, outdoor bbq area and more. Valet parking offered by the hotel as well as 3 restaurants and coffee/cocktail bar. 20 minutes taxi from PBI airport, 15 min from downtown palm beach island. Newest hotel in the area complete with full service spa and restaurants. Washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the ocean views from our balcony.

Amazing!

Impeccably clean, right on the beach. Kids lovedThe pool And hot tub. The building felt like a resort. No need to leave the apartment but we went to waterpark the marina nearby which were awesome.

We had a great few days staying at this beautiful property for Thanksgiving week. The staff were attentive and kind and the direct access to the beach for morning walks and swimming was so great for our family with children. The condo itself is spacious, high end luxury accomodations, and private. The furnishings were comfortable and as an alternative to a hotel stay, all three of my kids had an actual bed to sleep in rather than the typical hotel suite pull-out couch (King bed twin bed in the 2nd bedroom is genius). There was plenty of storage space to unpack and stay organized. The in-unit laundry was great and every little detail felt thought out to make our stay as seamless as possible - kids plates and cups, beach toys, even boogie boards. Middle of the stay we received an email making sure our stay was going well, which was a kind gesture. Thank you to the owners. We loved it!

We loved this Place!!!

We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!

Has beach sun rise view and view of inlet in the other direction. Condo was clean. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach toys and boogie boards were in unit for kids to use on the beach. The best is not needing beach towels or pool towels. They provide at resort both at pool and on the beach. If into snorkeling there’s great snorkeling nearby under bridge and off the beach, if calm. Dishwasher and all cooking essentials available. Spa available, but we did not get a chance to go.

Spectacular condo! Gorgeously decorated, beautiful ocean views, airy, spacious, the most comfortable beds, luxurious shower / bath, well appointed kitchen, and plenty of space for our family. From the moment we pulled up to the valet, the service was perfection. Gigantic hot tub in the residents’ pool area was a big hit on cooler evenings. The location of the condo was central making for easy access to restaurants, shopping districts, and area attractions. We could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you!
