Edgewater has a skating rink within a 2 minute walk of the home as well as the baseball diamond. There is the local legion for dinner and the convenience store “Pips Country Store”. All accessible within a 10 minute walk or a quick 2 minute drive.

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your vacation home. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-in's before 4pm MST.

The hosts provide everything guests will need for a great stay including a full gourmet kitchen, rec room, large wrap around deck with stunning mountain views, 5 smart TVs, pull through driveway, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, spacious driveway with lots of parking suited for trucks and trailers. There are outdoor security cameras for our guests safety as well as ours.

This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.
