Balcony looks directly on the ocean.The unit faces west, for incredible, sunsets from your balcony and it's in the shade from hot Florida sun until afternoon.Located directly on the beach, yet close to public transport, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and airport.The unit comes with pool passes, free parking, use of tennis/pickelball

Our place is very open concept, a full newly remodeled unit.
Also the use of a dividing wall you can put away or close off the spacious king bedroom & full bathroom. A queen Memory foam pull out cabinet bed is available in the living room where, you still have use of a couch and a full kitchen, smart TV, & Beautiful views.

Our Pool is Open after 16 months of a total rebuild, ready for you to Enjoy your sunning or swimming right by the beautiful white sand and teal colored water of our beautiful beach.Also put Condo has NO water damage, we have fully remodeled and upgraded everything. During your stay you will have Full access to everything in the condo unit and grounds the swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, courts, pickle ball, the laundry room the beach the parking the patio and Pool & Sun deck chair’s just will need to follow Open and closed times for common use area. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding use of any of the facilities.

Checkin Information:
Upon arrival,
1st- please stop at building B (the middle building) at the desk across from the office and fill out the packet "for guest" then drop it in the locked box on desk.
This will include your parking pass and the required construction waivers needed to be signed by everyone staying.

Checkin- 3pm
Checkout-10 am

Beach beach chairs also pool and beach toys are located under the bed, and im the fromt closest.
Please wash or clean off any sand before returning under the bed, thank you.

The Pool is open, at this time there is no gate code, the gate will be locked 8 to 9 pm or 15 minutes before dusk, whichever comes first. OK.
