This lovely 2 bedroom Cottage Located 9 mins from downtown Bowling Green, is the best of both worlds in the country yet close to city conveniences. Our beautiful renovated barn located on 8 acres of rolling hills with "Picture Perfect" views. As soon as you enter our long Pine and Hickory lined driveway you will feel at HOME.

Our Cottage is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a peaceful getaway or a lovely stop off place for travelers headed north or south.

Location is everything. Our home is only 4 miles to downtown Bowling Green and 20 minutes to Barren River State Park and 35 minutes to Mammoth Caves. Our guests love visiting all the close by sites in Bowling Green with lots to see and do. We offer a "Suggestion Sheet" which helps folks have fun stay in Bowling Green.

Discription of our Cottage:
Our two upstairs bedrooms offer very comfortable King and Queen beds, large "smart" TV and a lovely walk in shower.

The fully stocked kitchen is all new with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, soaps, pots and pans, dishes, Keurig coffeepot, slow cooker and pantry for your groceries. You'll find everything you need and more to prepare your favorite and wonderful meals.

Our living room/sitting area is welcoming and comfortable for our guests to relax and enjoy the experience. Wev'e gone the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We also have a power recliner which is a big favorite, For those who enjoy snuggling up with a good family movie we have provided a free family-rated DVD selection.

Just a reminder there are stairs to second floor.

Our guests love to sit out on their own private deck to eat meals, play board games or just enjoy the beautiful countryside view, its so peaceful. Another great place to sit is around the fire pit on those cool evenings. Be sure to bring your guitar and Smores!

Just so you know, the cottage and our home are located on the same 8 acres.

Our kitchen is well stocked, we do suggest our guests bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if beyond normal use. Laundry detergent is not provided.
