Our beautiful cottage is just minutes from well known sites and activities throughout Bowling Green. Beech Bend Lagoon. NCM sports park (8 mins) from this property! For those who are attending wedding events at the 'Purple Toad" we are only 3 mins. to this Venue. You may want to enjoy the quaint city of Bowling Green with all the sights, sounds and amazing restaurants!


You will look forward to coming back after a busy day to our quiet, clean and peaceful Lit'l Dove.

Our guests enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that has all new modern stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, soaps, pots and pans, dishes, Keurig coffee, slow cooker and pantry for your groceries.

Our immaculate living room/sitting area is welcoming and comfortable for our guests to relax and enjoy family and friends. We've gone the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have comfortable seating. Our power recliner is everyone's favorite,. For those who enjoy snuggling up with a good family movie we have provided a family-rated DVD selection.

Our upstairs Master bedroom offers a very comfortable king size bed with a sitting area and "Smart" TV. The second bedroom has a pillow top queen size comfort bed and sitting area. There is also a upstairs bath with a shower.

Our guests love to sit out on their own private deck to eat meals, play board games or just enjoy the beautiful countryside view. Another great place to sit is around the fire pit on those cool evenings. Firewood provided by us.

Our "lit'l Dove" and our private home are located on the same 8 acres.

There is plenty of parking

Also, for our guests peace of mind there is an outside (only) security system.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Bowling Green. Everything was exactly as described in the photos, the home was beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable.Communication with the hosts was excellent from beginning to end. They were kind, thoughtful, and very welcoming throughout our stay.Beyond just the home itself, we truly appreciated the warmth and hospitality we experienced. It ended up being a very meaningful stay for us, and we are very grateful.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Bowling Green

Our stay here was perfect. Especially the proximity to the race track. Your communication was superb. Only input is the bathroom door upstairs won’t stay closed.

We loved staying here! First impression upon entering (besides being very nicely decorated) was the clean, fresh smell. It was immaculately cleaned! The layout was perfect for us and 2 older daughters with the 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs but also the much needed half bath downstairs. It was a nice change to stay in a rental that was furnished as if it was a full-time residence. The furniture was like new and very comfortable. - One of the best parts was the property itself. We enjoyed sitting down by the fire pit area to relax with the view of the trees and field. Also, if you’re looking for someplace located 10-15 minutes from town with an easy straight shot drive this is perfect. - And the owners were both very friendly and genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and if in the area again we will definitely stay here!

Check-in was effortless. This VRBO has a full working kitchen ncluding a Kureg for your morning coffee. Enjoy the view of the peaceful outdoors and wildlife off the fully covered patio with comfortable lounging furniture. This VRBO is furnished with luxurious towels and bedding along with a washer/dryer so no need to take a trunk full of dirty clothes home. The owners are on the property as well so if there is any issues, which we did not, and very safe and secure with outdoor surveillance. The grounds are groomed with beautiful foliage and flower arrangements placed around the dwelling. A guaranteed place to relax before and after a busy day of business or play. Located conveniently to all the attractions of Bowling green and surrounding areas just as advertised and not one bit less! This VRBO is 10/10.

Very clean and comfortable! The property the house was on is stunning. Very close to town! The host went out of their way to make sure we were good with everything. Would stay again.

We opened our first vacation rental in Bellevue WA. In the 1980's. We only had a few guests so we gave up on the idea. Meanwhile, our home was constantly visited by friends and family from around the world. It was natural for.us when we heard about VRBO to turn our rental property into a vacation home. That was 18 years ago. We still have one in Nashville TN and we just moved to Bowling Green KY and are now opening this gorgeous 2nd home on our 8 acres. Hospitality is what.we love most, it truly is a gift from God.

The land...its absolutely gorgeous. The minute you drive into the drive way you feel such peace and we fell in love with this location, land and homes were just what we were looking for when we moved here 2 years ago. This private little home is perfect for guests. We love the fact that it had been totally rehab, all new so its clean and fresh. We also love the location, its close to everything, close to all the great restaurants in BG, shopping, car racing, and a few minutes from the new "Purple Toad Winery" which is beautiful. Can[t wait to see what special events they are planning. We have already had guests for a wedding at the winery stay in our guest home.
