Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 3 well equipped bathrooms, guests can freshen up with ease. There is a large mudroom located off of the kitchen to store your extra hunting gear or vacation goodies. Enjoy the delightful amenities such as central heating and air, WiFi, smart TV's and a full-size washer and dryer machine for your convenience. We have a well-equipped kitchen complete with kitchen aid mixer for all your culinary needs. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Centerville. 10 miles to Rathbun Lake, you are minutes from boating, fishing or just relaxing on the water. This property is located near two excellent golf courses and is in the center of some of the best deer and turkey hunting in the Midwest.

Such a beautiful house. Rented it to attend a wedding at Bessie’s Barn. We could not get over how exceptionally clean it was, all of the accommodations throughout the house & being able to park in the garage. The host was extremely responsive & flexible especially with us booking last minute. Will definitely rebook if we ever come back to the area!

The house was beautifully decorated and it was very fully stocked with everything - kitchen, games, bathrooms, etc. The property manager accommodated our early access making things really easy.

Beautiful Home and Quiet Stay

Fantastic option for a stay in Centerville! Large, updated, home with great finishes and decor! Five minutes from anything you would like to do locally. Very clean and a wonderful local host. If you are in the area this is a perfect option!

This is a beautiful, well supplied home! The owners were able to accommodate an important concern for us which was arriving early in order to change and prep for a family funeral in the afternoon, which was so kind of them! The home is decorated so nicely, is very roomy and cozy. There are many steps within the home to get from level to level, so occupants should just be aware of where they're at and how many. The yard is lush with green Iowa grass!

We could not have asked for anything more from this location. Plenty of bedrooms, baths and showers, so no waiting for anyone. The large kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. There is a bit of a multi-level feel to this house owing to its construction, which adds to its unique character. Just know that there is a slight step up or down as you transition from room to room. We rented for a weekend in my hometown to attend a family weeding. This house fit us perfectly vs. a hotel. And interesting as it is located in the same neighborhood where I spent some of my youth. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout the house, including a nice recliner in the main living room. This will be my first look the next time I need to return to Centerville.
