Stylish and convenient apartment walking distance to Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington. This beautifully decorated apartment has prime location. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathtub, 55" smart TV with complementary Netflix, and Nintendo Switch. Everything you need for a fun and memorable stay in the Queen City.
The entire apartment is for guest use.
Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.
Window air conditioning provided from May 15th - October 20th.
One off street parking spots - located in the adjacent parking lot with provided passes.
Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period.
10pm to 8am quiet hours.
Please communicate for check-ins later than 10pm.
For requests during quiet hours, please call the host for immediate service.
Park at your own risk - not responsible for damage or theft of vehicle or vehicle contents.
$50 late checkout fee.
$35 lost key fee
Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period.
We do not accept reservations over one year out.
This apartment has no childproofing features.
