Welcome to our large 2 bed room apartment close to downtown Burlington Vermont and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer and a block from Battery Park where you can find the best sunsets!

2 floor apartment with living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom on first floor. 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor.
Please notice the shower on the 1st floor is a bit funky with a low ceiling. We have recently added a 2nd bathroom upstairs.

Self checkin with personal entry code

Always available via airbnb or call/text

Walkable to all that downtown has to offer. Uber/lyft are also available

Free off street parking for 1 car
No parties, pets on the beds and please pick up after your dog when using the bathroom outside

Burlington Getaway

This was the perfect choice for our overnight in Burlington. The property was clean, well appointed and a short walk to Church St and other attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in and out were very simple. I recommend this for anyone looking for the Burlington city experience!

We stayed one night with our kids. Place is fine but expensive for what it was.Ac work well but loud.Place was clean but old.Nothing out of the ordinary. 500 for one night and you have to take off the sheets is a bit much!

Oerfect for our short getaway to bike and hike in Lake Champlain area! Walked to restaurants ample parking and easy drive to Stowe too! plenty of room for two couples or a family of 4.

Nice two day stay

We stayed on Park St. for a weekend moving my daughter. It was a nice place to relax after a long day working hard. Plenty of space for 4 of us. One slept on the couch comfortably. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

A Nice Stay for UVM Move In
