Smokey's Sunset at Mexico Beach is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo directly on Mexico Beach. In just few hundred feet of your door, you can be relaxing on the beach! Beautiful ocean views are found from the kitchen, living room, dining area, or balcony. The views, proximity to the beach, and included amenities will make your stay relaxing and memorable!

This unit comfortably sleeps 6 people (up to 8 with smaller children) and includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. There is also a pack-n-play available for your little one.

Full kitchen that also includes a coffee bar. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrises and mornings of Mexico Beach! The large oceanfront facing balcony has four large chairs to sit and relax and watch the memorable sunsets.

Location is key

The size of the condo and amount of bedrooms was perfect for our family with 3 teens. We love the quiet location and the peaceful beaches.

Perfect condo for our fall family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Views from balcony were beautiful and unobstructed. It was a great week in this comfortable, well-equipped unit. Communication with owners was excellent.

Great condo

Nice spacious 3 bedroom unit directly facing the ocean. Convenient to downtown Port St Joe. Easy to communicate with owners. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 5 had a great time @ Smokey’s sunset. It’s wonderful to see the Mexico Beach area return after the storm. Our unit was new and well laid out for a family. Great view of the Gulf and the beach restoration looks wonderful!

Scott and Katie first enjoyed Mexico Beach in the fall of 2024. It was love at first sight and they toured this condo that very same trip.

Scott and Katie are from a small town in southern middle Tennessee. They often vacationed at the beach but were growing tired of the hustle and bustle of 30-A. Mexico Beach was their first truly relaxing beach trip, even with three small children, and they knew they had to make it a regular thing.

The Beasleys are a family of 5. Will, Jack and Wes love Mexico Beach as much as their parents. Driving monster trucks in the sand, crab hunting at night, and eating alligator tail are at the top of their list for fun things to do.
