Beautiful Basement Apartment in Christiansburg

Welcome!

I'm renting out the basement of my home in Christiansburg. This apartment is a private space with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, a common area, sleeping for up to 8 people, access to an outdoor patio and a pond with plenty of wildlife. Located close to downtown Christiansburg near many restaurants, the mall and shopping. About 15 minutes from Blacksburg.



Other Notes:
This is a basement apartment in my home. It will only be shared by your guests and no other guests. I only do one rental at a time. I live upstairs and there is a locked door between the upstairs and downstairs. You are welcome to use the patio, grill, pond, yard, parking, etc. All of these are on the upper level where you'll park.

Bedroom: There is one lockable bedroom with a queen size bed. The other sleeping area has a couch, bunkbed, trundle and an optional mattress.

Bathroom: Towels, washrags and hand towels are provided.

Kitchenette and cooking:
There is a small kitchenette with a fridge and sink. For cooking, there is an air fryer/toaster oven unit, one electric cooking eye and pan, electric griddle, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils/plates/cups.

Television:
Smart TV has basic cable channels (Dish Network). You are welcome to sign into your own Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc.

Walking to the entrance:
Please note, there is a set of stairs that you will walk down to access this apartment. Please take a look at pictures if you think this may be an issue. Feel free to reach out for more information.
