The space
This is a large 110sqm 3 bedrooms stylesh apartment. Air Conditions in all rooms, Apartment with private entrance has plenty of natural light in the living area & is full character.

Well maintained and decorated to a high standard with quality furniture and appliances. High speed internet (wired and wifi), Large SmartTV with cableTV, Netflix and two dedicated office spaces (one in living room corner and one in 1st bedroom (also a PS4 and an Electric Xiaomi Scooter which you may utilize to explorer the city).

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking and preparing food at home. You also have a full oven, microwave, espresso machine, water filter machine with instent hot and cold water, hot water kettle, toaster and stylish dining, glasses & kitchenware.

A washer is also there for your full convenience.

When walking into the apartment you will face with the large living room, to the left of you will be the dining table and open kitchen.

Walking pass the living room is the hallway, the first room on the left will be your 1st bedroom with a single bed (99x200cm), dedicated work space, cableTV, air-condition and even a PS4 that you may utilize.

Further down the hallway on the left is the main restroom with a standup shower.

At the end of the hallway, you will have the 2nd bedroom with a sofa bed (135x190cm) that feet two people comfortable. In addition, there is an extra sofa in the room that you may lounge on.

To the right, you will have the Master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own full restroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, and essentials (closet room will be locked and not accessible to you).
(between the 2nd bedroom and Master bedroom there is a split air-conditioner, ie both rooms share the same AC and temperature regulator).

Parking
One free reserved gated parking space is provided right in front of the building entrance.

Public transportation is about 50 meters from the building.

Guest access:
- You will have exclusive access to the apartment & its amenities during your stay.
- In the mater bedroom there is a closet room, which will be locked and not available for guest access.

Other things to note
The gate for the parking space is opened by remote.

Sadly, if you lose the apartment keys and/or parking space remote control, we will have to charge $120 per set of keys and $120 per parking gate remote control (one remote controller for parking gate is provided).
