Charming little house in one of the most delightful regions of Florianópolis Island.

The house has a bedroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a screen leaving the private space.

It also has a single double sofa bed.

The house is located within the Lagoa do Peri Municipal Park, approximately 100 meters from the sea, practically on the sand.

Armação beach is a delight and is close to other beautiful beaches in the south of the island such as: Praia do Matadeiro, Praia do Morro das Pedras, Campeche among others. Oh and Lagoa do Peri is also excellent.

Highlights include the large balcony with barbecue, a perfect lawn for families and friends to socialize. We cannot fail to mention the fruit trees such as guava, pitangueira and banana trees.

It's easy to communicate with the host, ensuring that guests receive all the important information for check-in and can answer any questions during their stay, making it more comfortable and convenient.

The Armação do Pântano do Sul neighborhood is located in the south of Santa Catarina Island, facing the eastern portion of the island, facing the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 22 km away from the center of Florianópolis. With 2,837 inhabitants, Armação, as it is better known by residents, is a small neighborhood that maintains the characteristics of an old fishing village. The main roads that provide access to the neighborhood are Rodovia SC-406, running north-south, and Avenida Antônio Borges do Santos. The latter ends on the bank of the Sangradouro River, which originates from the dark waters of Lagoa do Peri and has its mouth at the junction of the Armação and Matadeiro beaches.

For those who want, there is a bus stop less than 100 meters from the house, there are buses to various places on the island that run along SC406, which is in front of the house. For those who use transport apps, you can go to some beaches for less than 15 reais. For those traveling by car, we always recommend using navigation apps that take traffic into account, which can be heavy in high season.
