The 3 bedrooms are spacious, sleeping up to 9 with a king, 2 queen's, a full & a twin. Open living room & dining room with 4 recliners, 65 inch Roko TV and panoramic Wi-Fi. We had a great stay! House has a great lay-out, super clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. Host is very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Had a great stay last night. The house was larger than I expected and easily slept the 8 of us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The amenities were first rate. Communication with the property owner was prompt. We will go back to this property when we have another overnight stay in Manhattan.

Brady's place was clean and well kept. The rooms were comfortable and the living room furniture was great. Parking was also very good. We had two large vehicles that had no problem with the sizable driveway. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The only negative thing I could say about this property is that they didn't say enough about how good it is! We loved the place. Clean, well maintained. Good place for pets. Need to include that the backyard is fully fenced. Wish the weather had been cooler. I'd have loved to enjoy the grill

Went for a quick family trip…the house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood near K-State. Plenty of space and everything was great!

I can’t say enough nice things about this property. The accommodations looked better in person then the photos. It was an ideal layout for a large group but also provided enough space for people to be alone. The host was so kind and checked in even though I missed the message. Thanks again for making our trip better then we could have imagined. Staying in a hotel with large parties takes away from the ability to easily create memories.

This is an excellent house to stay in. It’s even better than the photos. We were in Manhattan to visit family and this house allowed us to either be inside or outside at a table on the patio. There’s sufficient parking in the driveway for two vehicles. The house is located near the zoo and only 10 min or so from downtown where we enjoyed restaurants, the Farmers Market, and shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely spotless! Very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we accidentally locked the bathroom door and couldn't get back in. Was very gracious and attentive. Would definitely recommend anyone staying in Manhattan to choose this property! Very nice!

This was a very comfortable property as we stayed in town for a funeral. The spacious quiet backyard was great to relax in under the older Oak tree I’ve seen.
