This charming cottage in Derby is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind. With 2 bedrooms featuring a full bed and a twin bed, a relaxing bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and convenient amenities like AC and WiFi, large fully fenced in yard accessible from the back deck for your pups, screened in back porch, propane grill, raspberry, and blueberry bushes in the back garden, cozy hammock to relax or swing in, a large outdoor fire pit, a long dock for your boats, woodburning stove hearth that's made of real dinosaur footprints, the walleye in bass fishing on the lake is incredible, Also, there are 2 kayaks and 2 wake boards available for your use. This amazing property has everything you need for a tranquil stay. We're happy to assist with any questions before and while you stay at our cottage.

The cottage is located on a nice dead-end street, with nice neighbors, and the bass and walleye fishing on the lake is incredible

This isn't your average cottage, it's filled with family heirlooms, wood carvings from my grandfather, paintings from my mother, a fireplace hearth made of dinosaur footprints I collected when I was a kid.
There is plenty of unique features to this place to explore. I will be posting in future pictures.
