Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, heating, AC, and WiFi during your stay. Located in the best building of EBC, within seconds from the pool and the bayside beach area! We have a marina where you can watch the boats come in and/or the beautiful sunsets. Community has a heated pool, pickle ball courts, and next door there is FOUNDERS PARK that has many amenities and activities for all!
