This is the second time here and it was amazing the room is so clean and the place is amazing

The fact that there is a Starbucks in the building and the pools are clean, is an understatement really clean place good food for breakfast the bar has really good drinks. It’s a good location all around. The view is amazing and the beach is clean!!! Love it and we will be back!!!! The price is affordable for what all comes with the room!!!

Great little spot

This was a perfect spot for me and my kids. The room was a perfect size. It had all we needed. They loved the Murphy bed. I wish the beds would have been made for us as we arrived at 9pm and I wasn’t expecting to have to make each bed. Other then that it was great.

Fun all day

There is so much for the kids to do and view of ocean from the room. Had a great time. The only negative observation was that it was a hotel room, not a condo. And our feet were black from the floors. I don't think it is cleaned the best but that didn't interfere with anything of course. I would stay there again.

Very disappointed on the cleanliness the refrigerator had a clipped finger nail inside of it and the ceiling above the bed had a huge spot of mildew the host did come and clean the spot off the ceiling that helped when u showered the water pipes make a loud vibrating sound

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not begin with the level of cleanliness we strive to provide. Finding the refrigerator in that condition and noticing the spot on the ceiling is certainly not the experience we want any guest to have. We're glad we were able to respond quickly and address the ceiling during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We also apologize for the noise from the plumbing when the shower was in use. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can ensure these issues are fully addressed. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the five-star stay we're known for.
