Never going back. After arriving host personally called my cell number, direct three times. Then, host actually banged on the front door (not a knock). Host told me that my car was parked on the curb two or three feet in the way of her renter’s three-car driveway. Then, next day the host sent someone to the property to enter the back yard and put the trash bin on the curb. I didn’t even sleep there for my last two nights for fear of harassment. When I was there, the walls are thin, and I could hear music from the duplex neighbor, sharing adjacent walls. I found a long black hair in the bed, and on the sofa pillows…. Never ever going back. After leaving (a day early) told the host not to ever call my cell or text my cell. Back yard had an old TV just sitting in the dirt. I got only four laundry soap pods, and I bought my own bathroom towels. The huge three-car driveway is massive.

Unfortunately, I would not host this guest again. His original reservation was for four nights, and the only communication or interaction I had with him was upon his arrival regarding a parking issue. After that, he was left completely undisturbed for the remainder of his stay. My check-in instructions clearly state that guests may not park in or block the driveway, and that there is plenty of street parking available. Upon arrival, he parked in the driveway. The tenant in the main house politely knocked on the door, asked him to move his vehicle, and even showed him an available parking spot directly in front of the property. He moved his vehicle but unfortunately repositioned it in a way that blocked the driveway.I attempted to reach him through the Vrbo app simply to ask him to pull his vehicle forward, but he did not answer. I then went to the property myself and politely asked him to move the car so the driveway would remain accessible. There is a Ring camera at the front entrance, and these interactions were captured on video, documenting that both the tenant and I spoke to him politely and respectfully.Following that initial parking issue, there was no further interaction with him. He was left entirely on his own. He then unexpectedly checked out a day before his scheduled departure and sent me a message demanding that I never call, text, or email him again. He also claims that I sent someone to take the garbage bin out of the backyard, which is absolutely not true

Just what we needed

Really nice attached unit with all the necessities in a quiet neighborhood. We were visiting friends that live in a nearby neighborhood and we were able to walk to their house using the trail nearby. The washer and dryer were immensely useful which helped cut down on how much we packed. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and there was a Keurig and french press for our morning coffee. We used the rollaway bed for our kid, which fit perfectly in the corner of our bedroom. The bedroom gets direct sunlight in the morning so it does get warm and bright, even with the curtains. Also, the AC condenser is right outside the bedroom and can be a little loud but we were able to drown it out with some white noise. We appreciated the snacks, and toiletries in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again on our next trip down.
