Step onto one of two private balconies for salt air and open water views, then head down to the sand in minutes. Sleeping up to 8 across three bedrooms plus a sofa bed, with resort pools, a sauna, fitness center, arcade, and playground just an elevator ride away. Easy self-check-in means your beach getaway starts the moment you arrive.



This beach-front condo was renovated with real family vacations in mind, and the oceanfront views stretch from nearly every room. Both balconies catch the sound of the surf, so you can watch the sun come up over the water with coffee in hand.



The open living and dining area is where your group will gather most nights. The living room has a leather recliner sofa, a second sofa with two built-in recliners, and a 65-inch smart TV with premium movie channels. The dining table seats up to five with two more spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped: smart fridge, stainless steel oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, so a group breakfast and a takeout night both feel easy.



Sleeping is split across three bedrooms so families and couples both get their own space. The first king bedroom has its own ensuite bath, balcony access, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own ensuite bath, balcony access, a smart TV, and a nightstand with a reading lamp. The third is built for kids and the young at heart, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a smart TV, and mirrored closet doors near the second bathroom. The living room sofa converts to an extra sleeping spot, bringing total capacity to eight.



Both bathrooms have a shower and tub combination, and we leave a starter kit of toiletries and paper goods waiting so your first night doesn't need a grocery run. A full-size washer and dryer, fast wireless internet, and central air keep everyone comfortable, and free parking with an elevator up rounds out the stay.



You're staying directly on the sand in North Topsail Beach, one of the quieter, less commercial stretches of Topsail Island. Grant's Beach Service rents chairs and umbrellas nearby.



You don't even have to leave the building for food: Ocean's Edge sits on the 7th floor of the neighboring tower with water views, Aarrr Pirate Bar & Grill is on the lobby level, and Sea Star Cabana serves drinks and lunch on the pool deck year-round. Off property, locals point newcomers toward Daddy Mac's Beach Grille and Sears Landing Grill for Carolina seafood, plus Cora's Isle-End Deli and Breezeway, roughly a 10 to 20 minute drive.



Sneads Ferry, known for its shrimping fleet, is about a 15 to 20 minute drive. Surf City is within a similar range. Jacksonville, NC and Camp Lejeune are roughly 20 to 30 minutes inland, and Wilmington's historic riverfront makes a reasonable day trip at approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic.



For the outdoor-minded: paddleboard and surf lessons, golfing at North Shore Country Club, deep sea and pier fishing, and kayaking on the sound side of the island.



Multi-generational families of up to eight will appreciate that the three bedrooms separate into private zones, so grandparents get a quiet ensuite king room while the kids pile into the bunk room. Parents with young children get real value from the resort playground and starter supplies already waiting at check-in. Friends splitting a week will like that the layout doesn't force anyone onto an air mattress, and that the arcade and pool cover the one rainy afternoon that always shows up during beach week. Couples wanting a quieter shoulder-season trip will find the off-season pool hours and sauna a nice bonus. Military families connected to Camp Lejeune, roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, often book this condo for visiting weekends.



Check-in is fully self-service: you'll get your own unique access code good for the length of your stay, so there's no coordinating a key handoff. Show up, punch in your code, and you're on vacation. Your stay also includes free access to the resort's shared amenities: covered and outdoor pools (covered heated and open year-round; outdoor typically mid-May through September), fitness center, sauna, arcade, sport courts, and playground. These are shared HOA amenities affected by occasional maintenance outside our control — we'll flag closures as soon as we know.



Free parking is included, with six shared EV chargers in the lot. An elevator connects the parking level to your unit, so hauling beach gear up isn't a workout. You'll get a parking pass and a pool/amenity fob at check-in — keep both safe, since a $150 fee applies per item if lost or not left at the property at checkout. We buy replacements directly from the HOA, so the fee applies even if the item is mailed back later.



We want this to feel like a relaxed, well-run home base, and a few simple rules keep it that way. Starting November 1, confirmed bookings require a valid photo ID and a signed rental agreement, collected through secure software to verify your reservation — please complete it before arrival. Standard check-in and checkout times apply; ask about early check-in and we'll confirm the night before (a fee applies). Please treat shared amenities with care, keep noise reasonable in the evening, and note smoking is not permitted inside. If anything isn't working right, message us — we respond quickly.

Plus, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard. The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-Sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.
