Very relaxing!! Enjoyed watching the Spurs Game outside while barbecuing. Morning coffee on comfy balcony furniture, while watching the activities of the lake. Pet friendly!! Sat by the fire in the evenings toasting marshmallows.

Great mini getaway!!

We had an amazing time celebrating my wife and daughter’s birthday. The house was beautiful, and being right on the lake made for great fishing. We also loved the bonfire area—it was perfect for roasting s’mores and spending quality time together under the stars. The entire experience was truly unforgettable, and we made so many wonderful memories!

Relaxing Stay

My family (kids, parents & grandkids) stayed for a few days for spring break and had a great time! Neighborhood was nice to take long walks with the pups. Relaxing by the lake, listening to the water, is a must! Kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed to cook every meal. The balcony was great to sit out and catch some sun and even though we didn't catch any fish, we enjoyed casting the lines. Everyone slept really well on the comfy beds which makes a huge difference. Would definitely recommend Coco's lakehouse!

Quaint and peaceful

View was beautiful. Everything was easy access that they went above and beyond. There’s many places that don’t even leave you shampoo. They left all the necessities that you need. We had a little problem with the oven, but the owner took care of it, right

Perfect stay with our kids and pet! This is one of those houses that is clean and comfortable and relaxing. You can put your feet up and use the amenities without worrying about breaking something. It had everything we needed for our stay so that we didn’t have to run out to the store for extras (shampoo, condiments, etc.). Plenty of comfortable seating, updated kitchen and bathrooms, great outdoor spaces! The balconies were fantastic! Although not a lot of lake frontage, there are stairs going down into the water and you can easily get kayaks in or swim. Rooms are carpeted, so possibly allergens, but we didn’t have any trouble. Some indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults. Overall , a great stay and we would definitely come again.
