Located in Twin Creeks Subdivision, this home is a dream. With 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, and game room. Twin Creeks is your one stop shop for Tims Ford Lake, The neighborhood offers, boat rentals, marina, restaurant with weekend entertainment, 3 heated swimming pools, putting range, fire pit and a clubhouse. It offers 3 different venues for weddings, parties or any celebration you want to have. There is a swimming beach with sand volleyball and a play ground. A Bodega that sells gas, snacks, food, and drinks and fishing bait!

Giant ice maker in the garage. Perfect for the lake or get togethers at the house. Golf Cart included as well!

This is our get away and we are happy to share it with you. It is located on the same side as the Twin Creeks Marina and lake. We have everything you need for your stay ( except food). However I usually order Walmart grocery delivery and your food can be delivered to your front door. We have tons of board and card games, shuffle board, wall mounted connect four, ring toss, and corn hole.

The house was very clean and as advertised. The fireplaces worked and the kitchen was amazing. We were close to town and adventures. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Great house for TAC

We stayed here with a few other families for the TN Total Archery Challenge. Great place. Close to TAC and a variety of local restaurants.

Beautiful home very close to the lake

Small group celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday.Beautiful spacious home in a very nice gated community. Very close to the lake and marina. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Great home!!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and it was great! The house was tidy and clean and had a lot of what we needed to make our meals each night. We went into town to eat for dinner at filo’s and it was phenomenal. Brad and Jessica were quick to respond when we had questions regarding the pools. Such a relaxing place to stay for a weekend trip! Would come back!!

Loved the house, great views from screened in porch

Lots to like about this house. All neat and clean, seems new, and situated in what is clearly a new subdivision. There is a really nice screened in porch downstairs off the den/living room.Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed each, and share a bathroom in the hall. The bunkroom, also upstairs, has four beds, in two bunk sets, and its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen is well equipped. Keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch. Very oddly, the microwave is a tiny dorm-size one, and so small that a regular sized plate will not fit in the microwave. The kitchen would be better equipped with a regular/full size microwave. There is a large dining table. We had 8 people around it and there was room for a couple more.The owners/managers were somewhat responsive. The check in instructions they entered into the VRBO website were incompletely, and did not include a necessary piece of information - the gate access code. The house is in a gated subdivision, where the gates are closed at night and you need a gate access code. I had not received that gate access code before arrival. Fortunately, I was able to tailgate another car though the gate, and once I got settled in, I messaged the owners, who responded promptly with the gate access code. There were no check out instructions, And the owner/manager did not respond to my messages on the VRBO platform asking for any check out instructions.
