Someone has a very good idea for spatial planning! In this small place, every inch was utilized and it did not seem cramped or crowded. Two small things, which I don't think could be amended... If the bed could be pulled away from the wall just a couple of inches so that the person sleeping on that side doesn't turn over with the nose to the wall. And I was a bit disappointed not to have a tub/shower (since I am a tub person). It looked like it in the pictures but it ended up it was only a shower - which was very good. Ronnie was a great host and the place was just right for us. We would like to return!

Cute, clean studio with that had everything I needed for a short weekend stay for my soccer tournament. The host (Ronnie) was so nice and excellent with communication. Conveniently located close to the airport and strip. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and peaceful. The double-head shower was such a nice touch, and the location couldn’t have been better. close to the Strip, airport, and plenty of great restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive, respectful, and committed to making our stay perfect.We also really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the fenced property, which made us feel extra safe. The stocked water, light snacks, and coffee were such a thoughtful bonus! We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend booking this place!

We loved just having a peaceful, quiet place to sleep while we were in Vegas for a conference! Host was great with communication before, during, and after our stay. It was also awesome having a small kitchen setup so we could stick with eating what we packed in our coolers. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

Perfect for 2 people

Here’s the things we liked: Ronnie responded quickly & instructions thorough Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Parking was In front of the entrance. Entrance to courtyard could be locked. Studio was super clean and well stocked. TV was huge with cable and movie channels. Kitchen had all you needed. No stove but hot plate and microwave. Fridge stocked with water. Coffee pods provided and snacks too. Shower had 2 nozzles - fixed and handheld. A/C at 71 and worked great. Bed and pillows super comfy. Recliners were a nice touch for TV watching. What we didn’t like: Nothing - book this

Double booked

We never got the opportunity to stay in the property. After our 10 hour drive I contacted to host on how to get into our rental only to find out it was already booked to someone else!! Attempting to get my money back for a stay that never happened!!

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut und schnell. Wohnung perfekt für unseren Urlaub (16 Tage). Lovely Vegas stay

Came to Vegas to see U2 concert and visit with family. Ronnie met us at the house to show us around. He was quick to respond to inquiries; good communication overall. Property as advertised. Clean and spacious for two. Plenty of coffee and water available. The latter needed as the climate is dry and always felt parched. Loved the water pressure in the shower! We have not been here for more than 14 years. A lot has changed on the strip. We visited the Spring Valley Preserve and State museum; Fremont street; the strip; and saw Awakening. At the time of our stay the strip was getting ready for the Formula 1 races to be held in a few weeks. We chose not to eat on the strip, as there are lots of top rated, reasonably priced restaurants off. Property not far from airport for early morning flight home. Enjoyed the November weather and our stay.

Very clean and convenient to everything

We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just big enough for two. Location was quiet but close enough to the action. Las Vegas was in a extreme heatwave and the air conditioning was efficient and kept our place very comfortable. I will return again!!!

Perfect for a short stay

Ronnie was a great host! Super communicative and responded quickly when we had questions or needed something addressed. Great home base for moving around town. My partner was woken up by the cargo planes taking off early in the morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, take note. Thanks Ronnie!

A Gem In The Desert

After we landed and got our rental car, I text Ronnie what time did he want to meet as we were a little early. He called within a few minutes, we agreed on the time, and he was there when promised. We were lucky enough for the property to be ready early so we could start our vacation sooner. Ronnie gave us a tour and run down of everything. He is available anytime you need anything. We did not need to contact him until it was getting close to check out. Ronnie is very polite and stresses if you need ANYTHING don't hesitate to reach out. The property is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We were there mainly to sleep as during the day as we were out doing our thing. Nice little patio area to just chill and have a drink or two to wind down. This property is better than a hotel, away from the noise, your own parking spot and laundry on the property. There is shopping nearby for any needs and plenty of places to eat. You can get to the strip fairly quickly but does depend on time of day and the airport is right up the street. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. If we could rate a 10 star we would.

On holiday in Las Vegas

A charming studio with a beautiful court yard. Location was within less than a mile to local retailers. Ronnie was a cheerful and helpful host. Would highly recommend this place for an overall great experience.

Quiet Retreat

Great place to stay, well stocked and easy check-in/out process. One thing I didn’t notice at time of booking and looking at pics/profile was that there is no closet, dresser or place to put clothes/luggage. My partner used mini-dining table for her clothes and I used the floor/desk area.
