Amazing modern comforting experience

On entering the property we was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area and amazed with the home especially inside it was so welcoming loved the decor the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very clean and fully loaded with cooking materials pool was very private and very clean I give this place 100% will definitely stay here in the future and recommend to friends and family

Directions for location of property on this site was not accurate. Communication with property manager was not successful via this site until the second day of staying. No response to confirmation of how access property prior to check in. The property was not ready at 9pm on day of check in and the host had no record of the booking until the next morning. In the moment, we were left with no other option but to make separate private accommodation for the first night of stay. The host reimbursed one night accommodation and a small inconvenience payment.

I would have loved to say with assurance that I will definitely be staying here again because the house and accommodation is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities are well thoughtful.... However a huge drawback was that this villa has no WIFI connection (the password the host gave, never worked).... also, the main door at the side had a broken door knob which means that anyone could have entered at anytime day or night which was preety uncomfortable as its the second to last house down in the back (even though its a gated community).... thirdly, there is no communication or access to the host or housekeeper so you are basically on your own..... fourth thing is that the pool is smallish but basically 6feet deep so its not for children or adults that cannot swim...but for the price point, of the above mentioned are not issues for you, you will have a tremendous time.

Excellent property

The home was beautiful, modern furniture and fixtures! Loved the spacious layout. All bedrooms had its own bathroom. The pool was lovely. The location was in close proximity to everything!

House was very clean and comfortable, you just have to know how to use the switches for the lights fans etc. Once you settle in you wouldnt want to leave. Will surely book again.

I loved that each bedroom had its on bathroom and the kitchen was fully operational with plenty of utilities to use for cooking. Out door living was comfortable equipped with outfoor shower and bathroom. Most important element to me was that I felt safe.

It was great. The person who was supposed to check us in before didn’t do so. We had to look for her. At 4 o’clock we didn’t know if we had somewhere to stay. Sad.

Tobago stay

The property was lovely however we did have a few issues. Our property manager didn’t reply to messages or answer phone calls on the day our rental started so we didn’t know how to get access to the property. One of the doors was unlocked so entered the property that way and set off the alarm! Also the gate to the garden was broken and we had to go through the house to access the garden and pool etc. Overall we had a good stay as we love Samaan Grove and Tobago.

The place is indeed beautiful but needs some updating, lighting in the pool wasn’t working, half of the pool outdoor lighting wasn’t working, the surroundings by the pool needs to sweep, outdoor bathroom wasn’t functioning properly and needed to clean, there was no bath soap in the bathrooms and the master bedroom shower was flooding and dirty. Needed to clean the drainage and then the bathroom before using it. The settings of the property is very beautiful. Everyone had their own room and bathroom for their own comfort. It’s a good experience for those who haven’t lived in a house like that. We will be better equipped for the next time and definitely do it again

Wish they had cleaned properly

The property was as advertised. It is in a beautiful gated villa community with visible and cordial security. Contemporary furnished home with all the amenities, including a personal pool. Loved relaxing by the pool in the early morning and at night. Our only complaints are the lack of responsiveness from the property manager, the obvious grim and mold on some surfaces, the broken washing machine which meant we couldn’t clean our clothes or the towels the entire trip, and the lack of general cleanliness. We had to wash all the dishes before we used them. There was no hand soap, paper towel or cleaning products anywhere and just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom which meant we had to immediately turn around upon arrival and find a store so that the basics could be obtained. Tobago was an absolute dream! The beaches and boat tour were amazing! We would definitely stay at this property again but would be more prepared to clean upon arrival the next time.

Nice play to stay with minor setbacks

I had to contact the owner to get the door code instead of it being available to me on the booking. When we arrived the doors were left wide open. Had to check to make sure it was the correct Villa and that no one was in the house. The house was clean upon arrival. There needs to be more seating in the living room. We had 7 people and the couch only fits 4 or 5. There were guava trees in the back of the property and we enjoyed picking them because they were just falling to the ground to rot. One of the AC in the living room was locked and I had to Google to fix it. I need the owner and they had no clue how to unlock it. Also there were no additional garbage bags. We had to go buy our own as the host responded very late. The house is very spacious. Very beautiful. It's at the end of the road so it's pretty quiet. Place felt very secure. I would recommend. Hosts just need to be a little more attentive to their guest.
